Every query in PrimeOS is scoped to your business, so one business can never see another's clients, jobs or money. The database is backed up daily.
Owners, office admins, managers and crew each see what their job needs. Crews see their own stops, hours and tips, never pay rates or company money. Deactivating someone locks their login immediately.
Passwords are stored as salted hashes (bcrypt), never in plain text. Everything travels over HTTPS, and data is encrypted at rest by our database provider.
Visit photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived signed links. Client portal and quote links are long random tokens, and opening them as a team member doesn't mark them as viewed.
SMS consent is recorded with the time and source. STOP and START are honored on every message, and automated or AI-prepared texts only go out 8am–8pm in your timezone.
Prime AI reads only your own business's records and can't change anything by itself. Every message, booking or offer it prepares waits for an owner or office admin to approve. It runs on Anthropic's Claude under Anthropic's commercial terms.
